Who we are
We, Milena and Niki, love nature, adventure and children. We firmly believe that what children do in their free time, the places they go and the friendships they make are crucial in shaping who they become – and above all in helping them to be happy. Happy with themselves, with their friends and with the world around them. Here and now.
We’re convinced this comes from lots of talking, experiencing things together and sharing. From plenty of love and attention. From exciting games and fun, more sport and more time spent in nature.

Vladimir Stamenov

Vladi is now in his second season with us. As well as loving skiing, he is a big fan of good music. He collects and sells records and organises music events. He has a little daughter, Yana, who goes skiing with him and camping in the mountains too.

Ivan Hadzhiev

He loves to eat! But that’s not all! He loves children, and children love him right back! He quickly becomes their favourite. He has been a ski teacher for a long time, and since last summer he has also been an instructor on our summer adventures. On top of that, he has a degree in medicine! The best instructor among doctors and the best doctor among instructors!
Zahari Dimitrov
instructor, paramedic, mountain rescuer
Zahari is from the Rhodope Mountains through and through. He plays the gaida (Bulgarian bagpipe) and sings beautifully. He is also an active mountain rescuer, a paramedic and a ski instructor – and, as he says himself, a builder when needed! Children trust him at first sight! And when he starts telling them about rescue missions and equipment, he turns into a real superhero!
Milena Hitrova

Milenka has been with us from the very beginning. She lives in Troyan and trained at the mountain guide school in Cherni Osam. Instructor and nursery teacher. She loves the mountains and skiing. Unbeatable at dreaming up exciting adventures – and at making them happen! She wins children over with a smile in no time.
Filipa Genova
instructor and adventurer
She is a certified ski teacher (BSU) with a passion for the mountains and an active outdoor life. After a long career in advertising, she has returned with enthusiasm to the mountains and to ski teaching, a profession that brings her great satisfaction, especially when she works with children. She has several seasons of experience on Vitosha and one in Bansko. She spent last winter in the French Alps, and now she is joining the BARZENA SKI and „ЕЛА С НАС“ (Ela s nas) team, convinced that together they will create unforgettable experiences for young and old.
